Christian Executive Coaching Program
The program is customized to the unique needs of our client. All of our clients have a desire to obtain assistance to integrate their faith into their business and to reflect their Christian Faith in their personal lives.
Business Owner focused Leadership and Stewardship coaching will move you towards personal and business fulfillment. We concentrate on the Business Owner’s and Business’ Seven (7) fold areas of success being: physical, financial, emotional, relational, spiritual, personal and professional. Any success perceived in the seven (7) fold areas is temporary without the achievement of the key success factor of business and personal “Peace of Mind” and contentment by the business owner and CEO. We work with you to take back your business from being your employer to being what you originally created it for, to satisfy your desires and personal goals.
How do we Operate?
All of our programs are initiated with a critical first meeting in person or on the telephone. Our first meeting which is free will allow us and you, our client to determine first, if we can be of assistance and also if you understands our working methodology and are 100% behind the program and the coach assigned to you. As has been explained we operate the same as a professional sport coach and expect the same from you and your team as would be expected by a professional sports coach. You must feel that confident in us and our team and we must feel you and your team are coach-able.
The Executive Business Coaching program requires the Coach and Client to meet for 1.5 hours per week and to talk as required to ensure the client assignments are dear, for the Coach to monitor progress between meetings and to receive assistance.
At the beginning of the program a work plan with date benchmarks is jointly developed by the client and the coach. The pace of the program is based on the client achieving their assignments and the priorities of the client. The objective is for the client to obtain the skill and knowledge competencies for each key area of success and
We follow a number of basic principals in all of our engagements. We deal with both the business owner and the business in each stage of our program. We ensure that the owner defines success. The owner and the business individually are assessed and assigned success goals in each of the applicable areas of success that the engagement covers.
We recognize a clear distinction in Christian coaching, mentoring, business advising, consulting and providing professional services from the traditional services. As Christians who collaborates with Christians, we allow for the expression of faith to be manifested and to guide client relationships and resulting interaction. In Christianity, we shift from humanism to a reality based on God’s presence and indwelling.
CBI engagements range from mentoring, executive coaching, business advising and consulting along with our other platform options. All we do is guided by the applicable Christian Coaching Competencies and Standards of the organization “Christian Coaching Network International”

What Is a Coach
A Business Coach is just like a sporting coach. A sporting coach pushes an athlete to achieve optimum performance, provides support when they are exhausted and teaches the athlete to execute plays that their competition does not anticipate. A sporting coach will make you run more laps than you feel like. A sporting coach will tell it like it is. And a sporting coach will listen.
The role of the Business Coach is to coach business owners to improve their business through guidance, support and encouragement. Business coaching helps owners of small and medium sized businesses with their sales, marketing, management, team building and so much more. Just like a sporting coach, your Business Coach will make you focus on the game.
A Business Coach is not a consultant. The difference between coaching/mentoring and consulting is fairly simple. A consultant takes orders from the client and can be considered almost as an employee on a fixed contract. A coach is not an employee at all – they are there to do whatever it takes to have the client accomplish their goals for themselves and their business.
