DEMI Consulting Client Finder’s, Referral and 3rd Party Assignment Programfor Partners
Professional service providers, companies and individuals have networks where connections may have needs that they can not or are not interested in addressing. In these cases, there may be other organizations that can and will be interesting in seeking the opportunity with the objective of obtaining a client. At DEMI consulting we will compensate those that connect us to clients. In all cases the contract will be between DEMI and the client and those that initiated the matching are not within the contract. The program falls into three categories with different compensation for each.
Finder’s fee 10% of contract; this transaction includes assisting in developing a profile of the potential client, introduction with contact information and references. If a contract is signed the fee is paid when the client pays.
Referral fee up to 20%, this transaction would include all for the finder’s fee plus assistance in working with the potential client in obtaining a contract. The involvement ends at the signing of the contract. If a contract is signed the fee is paid when the client pays.
3rd party Assignment up to 25%, this transaction would be in situation where the contract is assigned to DEMI and the involvement ends at the signing of the contract. If a contract is signed the fee is paid when the client pays.
The program is unique to each transaction as well as the assignment of fees. A one-page agreement by potential client is entered into for the duration of the first contract. Addition contracts for the same client are outside of this program unless negotiated separately.
DEMI Consulting Current Fees DEMI Consulting current billing rate per hour is $150+ based on the uniqueness of the client and the engagement mandate, plus all out of pocket costs. All contracts have a minimum monthly $1,000 retainer. Monthly billing and payable upon receipt.
